🐑 @corisonwinery, a long-time advocate for organic practices, used a @napagreen Climate Action Matching Grant to begin grazing sheep at their Kronos Vineyard, an ancient vineyard management technique.

This initiative has helped Corison reduce emissions, improve soil health, and increase vine resilience, leading them to continue and expand the practice in subsequent years.

St. Supéry Estate Vineyards & Winery, demonstrates deep environmental and community commitment by cutting emissions, reducing water usage, and recycling all process water. In addition to being certified as @napagreen from soil to bottle, the winery’s property includes 1,000 wild acres to promote biodiversity. They also serve as a regional recycling hub, diverting over 590,000 pounds from landfills while supporting employees and the community!

We had an incredible time in the vineyard exploring cover crop with @greencoverseed.

Cover crops are essential for managing soil health, erosion control, increasing biodiversity, and a bunch of other benefits including greens for lunch!
